Using botox in the neck can help lift both the jawline and jowls, and create a sharper angle for the jawline. It also smoothes the neck and softens Platysmal Bands, that appear like strands, or vertical bands that extend from the check to the collar bone. As we age those bands can become more prominent making the neck look “stringy”. Softening those bands lifts the face and gives a patient a more youthful, softer appearance.
