Premier Aesthetics of Billings Plastic Surgery was an idea that was born out of the minds of Dr. Steven Grosso and Dr. Alan Muskett. As board certified plastic surgeons, they could see a clear need to provide comprehensive aesthetic services supervised by deeply experienced surgeons for patients in Montana.

In 2014, after in-depth training and with supervision from both surgeons, Premier Aesthetics’ injection specialists started providing Botox and Fillers for our patients. As the need for additional services grew, so did our practice, as we added an aesthetician and industry-leading laser technology for skin treatments. Adding another highly trained and experienced Physician’s Assistant to our well-rounded team helped us realize it was time to consider a new, larger home for Premier Aesthetics. In October 2020 Premier Aesthetics of Billings Plastic Surgery moved to their comfortable and convenient, new home in Shiloh Crossing. This state-of-the-art facility provides medical spa services for patients throughout the Rocky Mountain and Northwest Regions.

In 2021 our practice welcomed Dr. Thomas Gallagher, a Billings native, to our surgical team, and in 2023 Dr. PJ Hawkes joined our practice, so that we can continue to provide our growing community and region with exceptional surgical care in all areas of cosmetic surgery.
