Premier Aesthetics of Yellowstone Plastic Surgery is working to improve patient care with the Clarius Ultrasound. Utilizing this tool can assist our master injectors to better understand a patient’s individual anatomy through mapping, and can reveal the exact location of any fillers that may already be present. It can also be utilized to dissolve fillers. Kae Sukut explains that she uses this portable ultrasound to, “find a vessel prior to injection”, and to, “make sure I’m far away from that”, assuring the patient’s safety giving both the patient and provider peace of mind. As an example, using the ultrasound where previous fillers sit in the nasal labial fold can help our injectors avoid the angular artery that sits in the same area. She demonstrates the effectiveness of the Clarius Ultrasound tool, and how it helps determine the depth and areas that are appropriate, and safe for fillers to be injected.
